The Weatherstone- Cary project was started on Monday, January 23, 2012. The homeowner’s expectation was to bring indoor living, OUTSIDE! They were imaging a place to entertain their friends and a place for their three teenage children to have friends over to enjoy. COVIS-Raleigh helped design a fully functional outdoor living area in a 500 square foot location off the treated lumber deck in the rear of the house.

The project includes a wood burning fireplace, two wood boxes, seat walls, and columns. A decorative three piece paver pattern was installed as the flooring for the new living area. Steps into the new outdoor living area helped give the new space its own identity with several egress and ingress locations. Manufactured stone veneer will be applied to all of the vertical surfaces and Tennessee Variegated natural flag stone will be installed as the cap material.  The homeowner’s and their children are looking forward to enjoying their first fire on Friday, February 3, 2012!

  1. After I initially commented I clicked the “Notify me when new feedback are added” checkbox and now each time a remark is added I get four e-mails with the identical comment. Is there any method you’ll be able to take away me from that service? Cheers!
